Matt Higgins began his professional career as a Police Officer in Oregon, in 2018 he
transitioned to the private sector as an Executive Protection Team Lead with Gavin De
Becker and Associates serving a well-known Bay Area Tech CEO and his family. His
responsibilities included one-on-one protection, executive travel, residential security,
and event planning in San Francisco, Lanai, and throughout Southern California.
At Foresight, Matt is responsible for designing and managing national and international
executive protection assignments and oversees all Foresight Protective Services agents
and a global network of trusted service providers.
