Eric Tonsfeldt’s professional background includes Epidemiology, Anthropology, Law
Enforcement, Research, and a wide range of hard skills. He specializes in designing
and implementing culturally aware programs in workplace safety, violence prevention,
physical security, threat management and technical security. He has conducted threat
assessment consultation, investigations, site vulnerability and safety assessments, and
program development.
Prior to his work with Foresight, Eric was a medicolegal death investigator, a consulting
forensic entomologist, a peace officers shop steward, interviewer, and major crimes
investigator.
Eric currently serves as the training committee chair for the NW Chapter of the
Association of Threat Assessment Professionals, and was a 2017 recipient of the
Trauma Intervention Program’s Heroes with Heart award.
